Description

Your impact

As a Systems Engineer, you form the connecting link between customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.

You ensure that requirements, wishes, and technical constraints are documented, monitored, and translated into concrete solutions. In doing so, you not only support the development of complex systems but also actively contribute to improving the way projects are executed.

You work closely with Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, Prototype Engineers, and Architects. Through your structured approach, you maintain control over complexity and ensure that projects are brought to a successful conclusion efficiently and in a controlled manner.

What are you going to do?

  • Translating customer wishes and stakeholder needs into clear requirements and specifications.
  • Drafting, managing, and monitoring the Program of Requirements (PvE).
  • Assisting in the development of system architectures.
  • Structuring complex technical issues and processes.
  • Aligning requirements between mechanical, software, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks.
  • Supporting system integration and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Assisting in verification and validation processes (V&V).
  • Recording, managing, and maintaining system documentation.
  • Contribute to the further professionalization of Systems Engineering within TSG.

What are you bringing?

You are analytically strong, love structure, and get energy from solving complex technical puzzles. In addition, you possess:

  • A completed higher professional or university degree in, for example, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Affinity with complex technical systems and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured working method.
  • The ability to make connections between different disciplines.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • A practical mindset where you think in solutions.
  • Good command of both Dutch and English.
