Job Family Definition: Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs. Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction. Aligned to specific products or product-lines. The Systems Engineer is also a subject matter expert in their area of specialization (i.e., Mobility etc), responsible for consulting customers on end to end technical designs to meet their business need. These jobs focus on selling to customers, typically through work that occurs outside HPE offices. Management Level Definition: Contributions include applying developed subject matter expertise to solve common and sometimes complex technical problems and recommending alternatives where necessary. Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. What you’ll do: Work with SE’s to formulate POC use-cases and showcase all unique features and benefits. Perform hands-on lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups. Work with System integrators and guide them with the configuration of large projects/customers. Work with the Channels team to enable partners/System integrators by doing hands-on training. Work with TAC in critical customer escalations. Responsibilities

The Systems Engineer will collaborate with other SEs to formulate Proof of Concept use-cases, conduct hands-on lab tests to validate setups, and guide system integrators on large project configurations. They will also enable partners through hands-on training and assist the TAC team during critical customer escalations.
