Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in API development and integration architecture.
  • Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and experience working within structured change management environments (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, data aggregation techniques, and string manipulation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise automation tools and conversational AI platforms like Moveworks.
  • Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and experience working within structured change management environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support ongoing administration of the Moveworks platform, including configuration updates, platform maintenance, and coordination of backend changes to ensure operational continuity and compliance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain experience APIs with a focus on usability, scalability, and innovation.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs to aggregate and manipulate data across enterprise systems.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with WWT’s change management, security, and configuration policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration patterns and best practices (IT, HR, and other support-driven teams across the enterprise)
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with WWT’s automation strategy.
  • Leverage enterprise automation platforms to streamline workflows and improve service delivery
