Description
SCCM Deployment Management Design and maintain task sequences for Windows OS deployment using SCCM. Manage driver packages, boot images, and deployment media. Troubleshoot SCCM deployment issues and optimize performance. Coordinate with application packaging teams to integrate software into deployment workflows. Ensure zero-touch deployment for remote and hybrid users. Perform regular updates to OS images including patches, drivers, and applications. Implement security baselines and compliance policies via Intune and SCCM. Ensure deployed systems meet organizational security and configuration standards. Collaborate with security teams to enforce endpoint protection and encryption policies. Work closely with helpdesk, infrastructure, and application teams to support deployment activities. Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and support staff. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in OS deployment using SCCM and Intune Autopilot. Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 architecture and lifecycle management. Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and PowerShell scripting. Familiarity with hardware models, drivers, and BIOS/UEFI configurations. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, AZ-104) are a plus. Experience with hybrid co-management environments. Knowledge of Windows Autopilot White Glove and Self-Deploy modes. Familiarity with enterprise mobility and security frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
