Description
SCCM Administration: Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of SCCM infrastructure. Manage software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, and compliance settings. Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and performance. Design and implement mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) strategies using Microsoft Intune. Ensure endpoint configurations align with security and compliance standards. Collaborate with security teams to implement endpoint protection and data loss prevention policies. Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Lead a team of endpoint engineers and administrators. Work closely with cross-functional teams including network, security, and helpdesk. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SCCM and Intune administration. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Experience with co-management and hybrid environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-101, AZ-104) are a plus. Experience with Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, and Windows Update for Business. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools. Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical projects.
