Join us and Make an Impact.   Responsibilities:  ·        Understand overall functionality of the HVAC systems (Central Plant, AHU, Unitary controls, etc.).  ·        Identify Energy Savings opportunities in Buildings (from BMS Controls aspect) ·        Review Functional Specifications/Sequence of operations to understand the System operations. ·        Knowledge of DDC programming ·        Troubleshooting of different HVAC Control loops ·        Functionality checks as per specifications ·        Review actual site operating data and analyze Faults in different control loops/sensors. ·        Execute projects independently with minimal guidance from Supervisors          Prepare, participate kick-off / Rule Tuning meeting or project review meetings with technical queries and scope clarification.          Project Ownership - Review project scope & manage the Schedule along with the Delivery requirements for the projects. Proactively escalate the changes in any schedule delivery or milestones/scope/risks to Supervisor.         Attending meetings/telecons with Global teams/Customers          Create and track project plan on a regular basis      Provide Technical direction to project team members and technical Support to field technicians on the Offerings.          Ensure Quality Checks are performed based n established process/QC Checklist. Ensure defects are monitored and implement identified Corrective Action/Preventive Action to prevent recurrence of captured defects.           Ensure the GDS & FCBO tools are updated based on the progress status for every project.         Preparation of Monthly reports & Rule Tuning Observation Reports ·        Use Quality Assurance procedures  ·        Ensuring commitment dates are met. ·        Drive common best practices ·        Handling multiple projects at the same time      Ensure assigned Mandatory training modules and LMS trainings are done on time.  Ensuring time sheet entry is done on time.
