SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Wall Township, NJ
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience or certifications.
· 3–5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong emphasis on both Windows and Linux environments.
· Proven experience with server hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
· Demonstrated experience in administering Microsoft 365, including user/license management, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
· Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting network connectivity.
· Proficiency in administering VMware virtualization platforms.
· Experience with IT security best practices, patching, and vulnerability management, including familiarity with tools like PDQ Deploy, Inventory, and Action1.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, including interacting with development teams.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
· Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and learn new technologies.
· Strong time management and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable being engaged for issues outside of standard hours when necessary, understanding there is no formal on-call rotation but a need to be available.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (BONUSES):

911inform Application Implementation & Support
· Serve as a specialist for the installation, configuration, and testing of 911inform applications for location discovery and NG911 routing.
· Provide ongoing support and monitoring for deployed 911inform products.
· Configure and troubleshoot the IoT hardware that integrates with the 911inform system.
· Occasionally perform onsite visits to client locations for troubleshooting, upgrades, or hardware replacements as required.
· Work with various PBX systems (e.g., Avaya, CUCM, Genesys) and Vendors to ensure seamless 911 calling integration.
