Are you passionate about delivering seamless experiences for members and fans? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Systems, Insights & Ticketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing our ticketing operations and membership systems.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in ticketing and membership systems management, preferably with platforms such as Archtics, TicketMaster, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end ticketing operations, including builds, allocations, box office functions, and access control.
  • Proven experience delivering complex system builds, including annual membership setup and data integrations.
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders, including stadium partners, and external vendors, as well as dotted-line reporting to Cricket Australia for International matches
  • Strong data literacy, with demonstrated experience in reporting, insights, and using data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train, support, and influence internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes on time.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying up to date with industry best practices in ticketing, membership, and fan engagement technologies.
