Responsibilities
  • Configure IP cameras, IO devices, and other configurable system components Directly impact customer’s experiences and provide excellent, measurable value and service
  • Work with the onsite installation team for final configuring and testing with our central monitoring station, confirming signal communication and remote system operation Effectively capture technical issues, then resolve or escalate to service department for necessary repairs
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

· Ensuring proper day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

  • Provide accurate information on Fire Rover products and services
  • Document the customer interaction, technical issue or concern, and associated resolution in company’s technical support logs
  • Follow-up, document and update customer status, with new contact information and requests as warranted
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

· Demonstrate clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned
· Maintain professionalism and discretion as a professional representative of Fire Rover LLC
