SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND TEST (SI&T) LEAD

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Lead to support our military customer on Redstone Arsenal.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Hardware integration experience
  • Software integration experience
  • Familiar with electrical schematics
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • C&I testing
  • Flight test lead experience
  • SICO experience
  • COMSEC experience
  • RF experience
  • Range Safety
  • Works well in a large team environment with other contractors
  • Systems of Systems integration experience (sensor to shooter)
  • Radar experience is a plus
  • C2 experience desired
  • Launcher experience
  • Knowledge of various effectors
  • Writing test plans, test procedures, test reports
  • Support Product testing (Road march, climatic, transport & mobility, E3)
  • Familiar configuring labs including spread benches, HILs, VMs, and emulators
  • Familiar with DPDs and FRACAS
  • Familiar with operating and collecting telemetry data
  • Familiar with Configuration Management tools and processes (cPDM, Variances, CN)
    Required Education: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Cyber, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
    Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis’, architecture and design, primarily focusing on the Integration and Testing phases of systems development.
  • Perform functional analysis’, trade studies, requirements allocation for Integration and Test
  • Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total system solutions.
  • Lead Test Readiness Reviews with Customer and Certification Agencies
  • Collaborate with Systems Architects, Product Owners, Chief Engineers, to generate Integration and Test Environments and Plans
  • Lead Verification, Validation, and Qualification efforts
  • Lead the team of Systems and SI&T engineers, and collaborate with S/W teams to analyze, implement, and test system modification requests to the existing system baseline.
  • Ability to lead/drive the team to complete high priority tasks on time
  • Think outside of box to get things accomplished
  • Extended hours
  • Schedule/Detailed oriented (Cross IPT scheduling (AIM9-X))
  • Comfortable briefing the customer at the Colonel/General level
  • Ability to travel. Flight testing may be up to 75% of the time. Some other months could rise up to 50%
