As a Systems Integration Engineer – Robotics, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our automation solutions to life—integrating every component into a seamless, high-performing solution stack. As part of our implementation team, you’ll design, analyse, and evaluate the architecture of our AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robotics) systems, working hands-on to deploy and deliver real-world solutions for our customers. This role is all about problem-solving and precision. You’ll tackle complex integration challenges, develop tailored solutions, and ensure systems perform reliably from design through go-live. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, owning your work and contributing to team success while delivering customised, high-quality supply chain solutions with minimal margin for error. What a day in the life looks like: Creating secure interconnects between client and vendor software systems interface ownership (end-to-end integration design, coordination, delivery, and support) Interface specifications and artefacts (ICDs, data mapping, message/event definitions, sequence diagrams, state models) Integration technologies (APIs/web services, message queues/events, EDI/file drops—depending on the project) Integration test leadership (SIT/UAT, simulators/stubs, test harnesses, cutover planning, rollback) Operational integration support (monitoring/alerting for interface failures, incident triage, defect management, runbooks) Preparing and ensuring all procedures and documentation regarding network and software designs, changes and upgrades and modifications are properly maintained according to best practices and include instructions where necessary Desirable Scoping, analysing, and interpreting system and architecture designs to understand the clients current and future environment Analysing and making appropriate technical improvements to operations and project on all aspects of network design, infrastructure, hardware, software, and operating systems Testing & analysis to ensure during implementation phases there is no disruptions in systems and networks. This includes ensuring all relevant software, hardware and operating systems are aligned Installing, configuring, and testing any new changes to network environment or systems and administering the appropriate upgrades where necessary Troubleshooting and providing timely solutions for resolutions if disruptions occur to ensure no delay on project delivery and onsite implementation What you bring to the team: BA / BS / AA Degree: Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent degree Experience working with system designs and architecture specifications Experience troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues Ability to adapt and respond to fast moving & changing project environments Confidence in participating meetings regarding network implementations, hardware integrations, configurations, etc. Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your team, customers, and contractors when onsite and comply with company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills where you can showcase your communication and analytical skills Well organised and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
