Become a Systems Integration Lead - Temporary Assignment Up to 18 Months (2) with MPAC
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is made up of a team of experts who understand local communities and assess every property in Ontario. What we do provides the very foundation that municipalities use to base the property taxes needed to pay for the services we use every day.

You bring proven strength in project coordination, team leadership, and oversight of activities that span the design, build, and transition of diverse IT solutions. You have the ability to translate complex technical expertise into clear, actionable guidance for management and stakeholders—ensuring IT solutions align with program and service objectives. Your hands-on experience in building enterprise-scale, event-driven, serverless, cloud-native systems and managing large data volumes with complex computations empowers you to deliver innovative, scalable, high-performance, and future-ready solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead technical activities associated with the design, analysis and implementation of architecture solutions, including researching evolving technologies
• Presenting development recommendations to management
• Lead the development and provide support for B2B and B2C Ecommerce
• Provide technical leadership in all aspects related to the enterprise architecture
• Determine all technical requirements, resources and cost estimates for assigned projects
• Create and execute test strategies to validate design against requirements
• Develop architectural artifacts covering all the Enterprise Architecture viewpoints (design, standards and roadmap compliance)
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to all team members
• Work with the Program Coordination and Application Infrastructure teams to oversee all phases of the incident, problem and change management processes
• Provide on-call support for the Ecommerce platform as required
