You provide overall project coordination, team leadership and control of activities related to the elaboration, construction and transition of a diverse range of IT solutions. You are able to convey technical expertise and advice to management and stakeholders to leverage IT solutions and applications that will meet program/service goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and accountability throughout the development process and lifecycle for the project team, ensuring successful delivery of development items
• Provide training and guidance to project team members
• Provide detailed and timely project status reports to management and stakeholders/customers
• Provide agile project plans and work task breakdowns, estimating effort and costs to identify resource requirements
• Utilize industry best practices to create integrated and compliant solutions
• Write high-quality, detailed documentation following defined standards
• Continuously research and seek cost-effective technology solutions to improve IT systems
• Participate in negotiations with servicing/acquisition providers
• Create and execute test strategies to validate design against business and performance requirements
• Work with management to oversee all phases of incident, problem, and change management processes
• Lead technical change and release activities associated with the deployment of systems or subsystems
