Operational Management Supervise daily operations of designated product applications, ensuring prompt and efficient processing of access requests, incident resolution, and change management tasks. Allocate team responsibilities strategically to optimise workload alignment with individual expertise and organisational priorities. Systematically review and prioritise the backlog to maintain operational health. Execute installation, migration, and initial configuration of systems, applications, and associated infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in collaboration with development and support teams. Implement ITIL best practices across incident, problem, and change management processes. Develop and update thorough documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting protocols. Facilitate knowledge transfer initiatives to promote effective onboarding and continuous skill enhancement within the team. Collaboration & Communication Engage proactively with cross-functional groups, including developers, support engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver optimal solutions. Provide clear, timely communication regarding status updates, potential risks, and process improvement opportunities. Continuous Improvement Identify and address operational inefficiencies by recommending improvements to processes, tools, and workflows. Remain informed on advancements in relevant technologies and practices related to product support and system operations. Regularly contribute to the evaluation and refinement of skillset matrices to ensure they reflect evolving technologies and align with organisational objectives. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in ITSM and relevant software components for installations, along with hands-on experience managing teams. Communication: Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with business stakeholders, strong availability, and a notable sense of ownership. System Setup & Optimization: Proven ability to customize system configurations to meet diverse operational needs. Analytical Thinking: Advanced diagnostic and analytical capabilities for thorough troubleshooting and solution development. Documentation Excellence: Highly skilled in producing clear, comprehensive technical documentation. Adaptability & Flexibility: Adept at navigating changing environments, requirements, and technologies. Time Management: Consistently meets ticket SLA deadlines through proficient task prioritization.
