Must possess hands-on experience working in an applications production support/application development environment. They must also possess detailed knowledge of multiple systems, as well as an in-depth understanding of the functionality for these systems to troubleshoot and resolve applications tickets. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for critical and non-critical automotive production applications for a large automotive company.The role is to maintain, control and support the applications on the production lines.
