Linux L4 Engineer Linux L3 expert for server administration Expertise in OS , S/W, Patch Management, Product upgrades Perform performance tuning and hardware upgrades as required Experience in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting Experience in clustering Ability to build and monitor services on production servers Perform Periodic COB tests and document the results Load balancer and firewall concepts, security aspects, and virtual IP, DNS, DHCP concepts Understanding of Monitoring tools like Splunk, Sensu, ITM Familiarity with VMWare and SAN management and concepts VMware understanding and exposure Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP Experience in ticketing tools(SNOW) Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM, operations process Linux certifications will be considered an advantage DevOps experience is a strong plus Strong problem solving and communication skills Team player and basic leadership skills About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
