Description

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies - Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support Product Ownership - Collaborate closely with the client-side PO to ensure backlog refinement, sprint goal clarity, and alignment with business priorities. Delivery Oversight - Manage sprint delivery for ongoing change requests, enhancements, and fixes ensuring timely release cycles and quality outcomes. Team Enablement - Coach the team on Agile principles, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement and collaboration across developers and testers. Stakeholder Management - Communicate effectively with the stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies. Metrics & Reporting - Track and report on velocity, burndown charts, sprint performance, and release health. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance the change delivery process, streamline workflows, and improve quality and predictability. Coordination Across Time Zones - Ensure seamless collaboration between India and UK teams, including managing overlapping work hours for key meetings. 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery environment. Proven experience managing distributed teams (India-UK or similar offshore-onsite model). Solid understanding of software development and testing lifecycle; experience with L3 support/change delivery preferred. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps. Strong communication and facilitation skills Experience in managing change/enhancement releases within existing production systems. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or equivalent). Experience in ITIL or production support environments is an advantage. Knowledge of Insurance domain is an added advantage
