Description Position Summary: The Systems Integration Specialist creates a great experience for all internal employees and our customers by unifying our disparate tools into a seamless operation. This position will handle ERP, project management (Smartsheet), collaboration apps, and emerging AI agents—ensuring smooth data flow and minimal downtime for our mid-sized operations. Essential Functions: Analyze requirements and design integration solutions, connecting multiple platforms. Create, deploy, and maintain AI-driven solutions to automate business processes and deliver predictive data insights. Lead the lifecycle management of software systems and AI agent projects, from initial deployment through scaling and ongoing governance. Oversee software licensing, updates, and compliance across vendors. Plan, manage, and track vendor relationships, contracts, software licensing and certificates. Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and document processes. Support AI agent rollouts by integrating them into daily workflows. Develop, implement, and manage strategic IT activities; conduct enterprise-wide planning by consulting with employees to identify and prioritize technology needs; support business case development, lifecycle cost, total cost of ownership, and cost-benefit analyses to assist in making cost-effective technology investments. Maintain effective records to monitor complex systems and procedures. Tracks and monitors effectiveness of implemented solutions. Presents and makes recommendations for desired changes to current systems. Trains end users on new IT solutions and processes. Manage and optimize cross-platform IT operations, overseeing everything from client services and database administration to cloud infrastructure and projects. Formulate and implement IT-related policies and governance frameworks to ensure system security, operational scalability, and resource efficiency. Other duties, as assigned. Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to convey Tiger Sanitation as the obvious choice for our customers, employees, and community. Advanced knowledge of principles and procedures used for data management, networking, and project management. Advanced expertise in enterprise IT operations, including the administration, maintenance, and optimization of multi-platform operating systems and hardware infrastructure. Ability to maintain constructive interpersonal relationships. Ability to effectively communicate, written and oral. Education and Experience 3–7+ years in software and systems integration, APIs, and AI/ML tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, LangChain). Experience with ERP platforms, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and no/low-code tools (Power BI). Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, and ERP systems. Foundational knowledge of AI integration principles and automated workflow implementation is highly desirable. Degree in IT/related field or proven experience. Experience with database management and programming is a significant plus. Working Conditions This position will be mostly based in an office environment with extended periods of sitting and using manual dexterity to utilize computer and phone systems.
