Description

Key Responsibilities: * Review and manage the monthly and yearly project plans of business and support departments, ensure all rules and requirements needed for technical review are in place, and manage the application development roadmap for digital channels. * Review and discuss projects with the team, create a deliverables schedule plan according to resource allocation, and ensure plan execution to meet technical and business objectives. * Create new technical solutions to support the IT department strategy and digital transformation. * Define project objectives and the technical procedures needed for effective implementation, allocate resources, define project scope, and create the project plan. * Conduct technical research studies for each project objective to match the predefined budget and available resources. * Coach and guide the team on the procedures and techniques needed to achieve the required deliverables. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any other related field. Level of Experience: 2-5 years of experience in applications development, backend structure, and integration solutions. Technical skills & knowledge: * Excellent knowledge of the development and software implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes * Excellent knowledge of IT Development: Application development, networks/communication technology development, software design and architecture, software development, release and version management * Excellent knowledge of specific IDE and its related specific Engineering Practices. (i.e. .NET Core, Oracle, Java, Python, etc.) * Good knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and developments. * Good knowledge of financial accounting * Good knowledge of IT Strategy and Planning: Operations strategy and planning, business continuity and contingency planning, applications strategy and planning, security policies and procedures, new technologies assessment * Good knowledge of Applications Management: Messaging systems, operating systems, telecommunication systems, development platforms, enterprise application integration systems, enterprise application systems * Good knowledge of Analysis Techniques: Requirements analysis and design, problem solving and requirements collection * Good knowledge of Programming architectures with advanced knowledge of monolithic and Microservices architectures * Good knowledge of Data modeling methodologies * Good knowledge of Containerization concepts Certification & Licensure: Essential: * Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) * Microsoft Certified Associate * Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTP) * Scrum / Agile Certification Desirable: * Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTP) * Scrum / Agile Certification Tools & Systems: Essential: * RESTful/JSON-RPC/gRPC/GraphQL API services * Version and source-code controlling systems (GIT and TFVS) * Front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, JQuery, CSS and HTML5 * .NET programming languages and .NET frameworks such as C# and ASP.NET programming languages * .NET framework (version 4.5 and more recent) and .NET core framework * Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) * ASP.NET Web API * ASP.NET MVC * Data access and query technologies such as ADO.NET and LINQ * Databases integration: connection strings, database drives and foundations to work with at least MSSQL, MySQL and Oracle databases Desirable: * Azure DevOps * Containerization tools * Oracle SQL/PLSQL
