Responsibilities The Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform the role of Systems Integrator. As a critical member of a larger Principal Support team, the selected Systems Integrator should be flexible and prepared to provide cross-functional support. The primary focus will be to support the Front Office Senior Executive Officers and work closely with the Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff/Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Assistants, and various support team members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Reviewing incoming requests, taking appropriate actions, flagging important tasks for action and informing executives of highly sensitive requests. Ability to easily navigate and work in a high-tempo/high-volume environment. Tracking and monitoring ongoing external and internal engagements/events and initiatives Developing and maintaining a records management system for the organization on the external and internal events and engagements. Preparing high-level meeting summaries, creating agendas, highlighting action items, due dates and other key leadership feedback for daily meetings and external and internal events and engagements. Researching and preparing background information and/or talking points for events to include information on other meeting attendees, potential issues and situational awareness. Complete prep work and holistic logistics for all events, including but not limited to travel, clearance submissions, venue, etc. Summarizing correspondence, highlighting key issues and topics and providing follow-up to ensure timely action is taken. Managing and updating calendars, emails, or other tracking mechanisms, updating postings, announcements and documentation. Coordinating with other offices to review materials for release by following standard operating procedures and policies. Occasional local travel. Qualifications Required Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph A Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10-12 years of experience, Master's degree or 8-10 year of experience, PhD or 5-7 years of experience Minimum of 3 years experience with the customer Demonstrated experience with C-suite level and/or Executive support Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, in a high-tempo/high-volume dynamic team environment Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level correspondence Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations or initiatives on schedule to meet deadlines Self-starter and team player with a 'can-do' attitude and solid project management skills (e.g. planning, tracking and reporting) Ability to handle multiple tasks of competing priorities Excellent interpersonal and networking skills Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills which can be applied to processes Ability to work in HIVE, Task-It, Blue Scape, Confluence; maintaining SOPs, organizational charts, administrator access tracking Ability to fully perform tasks requiring collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data Ability to request, capture, store, and retrieve meeting materials in support of the Senior Principals Ability to assist in the preparation of daily briefing books Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memoranda, and compose correspondence Ability to compose documents including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports Desired Qualifications Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Prior experience with the customer's domain to include enterprise IT and/or mission support Familiarity and experience with the Customer's access management, travel, and action planning tools Bachelor's degree in related field Familiarity with the ITE Organizational Structure EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and federal government contractor.
