ABOUT US

The Payments and Systems Data Team is responsible for managing the input, updating, and closing of care provisions, payee details, contractual and payment data across the Adults and Children’s Social Care Case Management and Finance systems and the Corporate Finance system.
This Systems Officer role will sit in the Systems Team, although it is expected that officers will be able to work across the wider Payments and Systems Data team, as the manager requires, to support fluctuating demands or changes in priority.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the accurate entering of commissioned care packages to the Social Care Case Management systems and resolving queries relating to commissioned care. Alongside this, the role is the first point of contact to deal with team communications whilst assessing the nature of the contact in line with the team procedures.
We have a dedicated training and induction plan for all new starters where we will develop your knowledge, skills, and expertise in order for you to be successful in your role.

Work location: Your office base will either be in Abingdon or Banbury – Majority of the time we work in an agile manner remotely or alternative offices, however if required, for training purposes or meetings you may be asked to attend the office.
Working Pattern: 37 hours a week, to be worked over 5 days Monday – Friday.
