Join MANTAK's development team for complex systems. We are looking for a Hands On Practical Engineer who wants to take an active role in the development and integration of a product from the design phase to an operational state. Responsibilities: Systems Engineering: Participate in defining system requirements, architecture, and sub-system interfaces. Integration: Execute integration across hardware, software, electronics, and mechanical systems. Testing & Validation: Take an active role in Verification & Validation (V&V) processes, including planning and executing performance tests. Collaboration: Work with defense industries and IDF Ground Forces branches (NESA, AMLACH, HATAL). Documentation: Write and maintain engineering documentation throughout the system's lifecycle. Requirements Certified Practical Engineer (Handesai) with at least 2 years of experience with complex systems – Mandatory. Familiarity with sensors, communication, and control systems – Mandatory. Independent learning capabilities, a strong team player, and the ability to delve into technical details – Mandatory. Experience in AFV (Armored Fighting Vehicles), defense, protection systems, and integrated platforms – Advantage. Familiarity working with IDF Ground Forces / MANTAK alumni – Advantage.
Responsibilities
