• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in ERP/MRP systems (ODOO advantageous).
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing or process industry experience (textiles preferred).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a results-driven Systems – Production Planner to optimise our manufacturing processes, manage production schedules, and improve workflow efficiency across our facility. You will work closely with our ERP (ODOO), production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and schedule production to maximise machine and workforce utilisation.
• Analyse and improve ERP/MRP system performance (ODOO).
• Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO).
• Coordinate supply chain, inventory management, and resource forecasting.
• Lead process improvement projects to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Train and mentor staff on systems and operational best practices.
