Description
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release. Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness. Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep launches on track. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate updates, and maintain program documentation. Ensure alignment between development teams and business requirements. Monitor progress, escalate challenges, and drive timely resolutions. Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement for future programs. Standardize and optimize processes, tools, and templates to improve launch efficiency. --- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles. Proven success managing cross-functional products or program launches in a large organization. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. --- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project/program management certification a plus. Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification a plus. ---
