Responsibilities:
- Ensures the College’s systems ERP infrastructure is world class, up-to-date, reliable, secure, and provide the environment needed by the clients for productivity, innovation and cutting-edge technology.
- Maintains and monitors the College’s systems and insure high availability of critical systems; provides back-up systems management for the other staff as needed.
- Supports, maintains, upgrades, and secures the College’s enterprise system with high availability.
- Establishes and supports new system applications that enhance administrative functionality.
- Creates and maintains documentation of all system, security and technical specification for assigned servers and systems.
- Maintains security and permissions within each system managed.
- Works effectively with the IT staff to ensure that the division is prioritizing upgrades and changes in line with the strategic goals of the College and needs of our clients.
- Effective communication with managers, coworkers and clients to solve problems creatively and keep up-to-date with new technology.
- Provide excellent client service and consulting.
- Know and follow data information security and other college policies.
- Perform other related duties in support of the Information Technology office
