Description
The Sr. Software Engineer role at Con Edison focuses on designing, building, and modernizing enterprise systems that support the companys critical work and asset management operations. The position involves experience with developing in Java, .NET and SQL to support integration review processes. Additionally, candidates should have experience implementing solutions in leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms such as IBM Maximo. This is part of a major initiative to replace legacy systems with integrated, cloud-ready solutions. This role also demands strong technical depth and versatility in full Stack web development using Microsoft tech stack (.NET, JAVA, JavaScript, Angular etc.) and Oracle database. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn off-the-shelf products and other programming languages, frameworks, and integration technologies.
