We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Category Manager to work at our Southport site.

SPREAD OF SKILLS & ANALYSIS REQUIRED

The role requires strong technical expertise within ERP and SAP as well as forecasting systems. Creative problem solving, ability to challenge the status quo and solution focused mindset is required. The ability to inspire and lead the team through coaching and goal setting is key.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

Degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate subject (Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics).
Experience & Proven Ability Required

Lead the SIOP Systems and Strategy Team to deliver effective systems, processes, and strategies that drive inventory performance and product availability. Provide expert technical support for process analysis, KPI reporting, and strategy optimisation to meet evolving business needs. Partner with the Forecast and Inventory Manager to implement initiatives that meet internal and external SLAs. Champion ERP and forecasting system enhancements to support continuous improvement and integration.
