Description

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in systems support, technical roles, or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and software relevant to the organization’s operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience managing or supporting systems or related functions preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze operational needs and communicate appropriate solutions to supervisors and leadership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The work environmental characteristics are normal office conditions.
  • Consistent and regular attendance is required.

    Work Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Manage, support, and maintain the company’s systems and software applications.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve system efficiency and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
  • Monitor system performance and promptly troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
  • Provide timely technical support to internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues effectively.
  • Create clear and engaging training materials for new system rollouts, updates, or changes.
  • Participate in meetings and work groups to coordinate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, and stay informed on new developments, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed during work activities.
  • Additional compliance and special duties may be assigned as needed.
