In this role you will: Support all Personal Computers (PC’s), Thin Client’s (TC’s), Citrix Published Applications & VDI, Windows operating systems and applications including Epic Hyperspace. Manages help desk calls and service requests in a timely and accurate manner, including provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday hours will be between 6am to 6pm and will include an after hours call rotation.
Hiring Range: $28.35 to $37 commensurate with experience.
