This platform offers developer-focused resources like recipes, interactive code samples with syntax highlighting, and a GitHub back-end integrated with a mobile-responsive front-end. Partner with the best The ideal candidate is interested in documentation engineering, developer tooling, automation, and AI-assisted operational workflows. This position will work closely with IT and technical writing to improve documentation operations, repository management, and contributor experience. As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: * Helping to maintain our web-based documentation systems that use Markdown, RESTAPIS, and associated workflows * Demonstrating expertise in Git, GitHub workflows, and GitHub Actions to support platform migrations, test workflows, and validate release processes. * Demonstrating experience with basic scripting using Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell * Demonstrating familiarity with "documentation-as-code" and CI/CD practices. * Prioritizing and managing various tasks in a dynamic setting while utilizing Jira for effective issue tracking. * Troubleshooting technical issues, analyze systems, and proactively find ways to automate and optimize workflows.
