  • EFT Switch / ATM / POS
  • Cards Issuance @& Lifecycle
  • Messaging - ISO8583
  • Schemes – VISA/ MC /Amex / Local Schemes
  • Good communication
  • Basic Knowledge of Queries (SQL)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

  • Minimum 8-14 years Operations Experience in 24x7 high-availability Production environment.
  • Support trouble-shooting client issues with high level data analysis and project review.
  • Extensive problem solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to independently apply production upgrades and support the products and technologies.
  • Experience in providing services to agreed SLA’s and OLA’s.
  • Experienced in Problem and Incident Management.
  • Experience with working in an ITIL environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with supporting multiproduct environment.
  • Experience in supporting and administering ATM Switch / Card Management / WEB Bases banking System.
  • Experience with supporting Java applications and an understanding of web technology.
  • Knowledge of Linux environment will be an Added advantage
