As part of our expansion, we are launching our Live Casino Studio in Monterrey, producing high-quality, English-language live casino content for international markets. We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Technician to support the technical operations of our live casino studio. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure uninterrupted live-streaming, game integrity, and overall system performance. This position plays a key role in keeping our studio operations running smoothly and reliably. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance and availability. Provide technical support for all systems involved in daily operations. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related technical incidents. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. Ensure system stability, security, and compliance with internal standards. Document incidents, solutions, and system changes when required. Collaborate with internal teams to support uninterrupted operations. Required Skills & Competencies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of server administration and IT infrastructure. Ability to work under pressure in operational environments. Attention to detail and a security-focused mindset. Clear communication skills for technical support. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a Systems Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar role. Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and network fundamentals. Availability to work rotating shifts or on-call schedules if required.
