Position Overview: The Systems Engineer (Test) develops and executes test and evaluation (T&E) plans for IT systems. This role supports the development of Sponsor T&E documentation and provides specialized testing capabilities aligned to system functions, maturity, and performance requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop test and evaluation plans and procedures based on system requirements and documentation. Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of test results and system performance. Assist in development of T&E documentation including strategies, master plans, test plans, readiness assessments, and reports. Provide specialized testing and evaluation support tailored to system functionality and maturity level.
