SYSTEMS TESTING/QA SPECIALIST - SENIOR

On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for a Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior for a short term contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SYSTEMS TESTING/QA SPECIALIST - SENIOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves planning and organizing testing efforts for large systems, focusing on both GUI and non-GUI environments. The role includes executing systems integration tests and user acceptance testing, ensuring the quality and functionality of the systems.

SYSTEMS TESTING/QA SPECIALIST - SENIOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
• Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application
• Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira / Azure DevOps
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing
• Knowledge of structured methodologies for application development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

SYSTEMS TESTING/QA SPECIALIST - SENIOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience testing Adobe AEM
• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
• Experience with Case Management
• Ability to understand data models

• Provide advice on testing strategy, test plans, and selection of testing tools
• Plan and organize testing efforts for large systems
• Execute systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing
• Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases
• Collaborate with project teams in the analysis, design, and implementation of systems
