SYSTEMS TESTING/QA SPECIALIST - SENIOR:

On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SYSTEMS TESTING/QA SPECIALIST - SENIOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This critical project involves testing AI/ML-enabled applications within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The role focuses on ensuring the highest accessibility and compliance standards in a dynamic Agile environment.

SYSTEMS TESTING/QA SPECIALIST - SENIOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Experience testing on web/mobile applications
• 10+ years of experience as a QA
• Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience testing AI/ML-enabled applications
• Familiarity with AI explainability and AI transparency principles
• Experience working within an Agile environment - DevOps
• Understanding of AODA / WCAG 2.1 success criteria

SYSTEMS TESTING/QA SPECIALIST - SENIOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with AI testing tools and frameworks (e.g., MLFlow, TensorBoard)
• Understanding of AI model behavior, including edge cases and bias
• Knowledge of image processing and biometric data integrity
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
• Familiarity with structured workflow and collaboration tools

• Provide advice on testing strategy, test plans, and selection of testing tools
• Plan and organize testing efforts for large systems in GUI and non-GUI environments
• Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases and execute them
• Work with project team members in analysis, design, development, and implementation
• Execute systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing
