Howdens is looking for a talented Systems Trainer to join our dedicated Learning & Development team, which plays a key role in supporting our Trade teams to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A SYSTEMS TRAINER:

  • Delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual systems training to depot-based Trade teams
  • Supporting the rollout of new systems and system updates through tailored training sessions
  • Working with subject matter experts to create and maintain practical, easy-to-understand training materials (e.g. “How Do I” guides)
  • Adapting your training style to suit various learning preferences and digital confidence levels
  • Using internal tools like the Learning Management System (LMS) to record training activity and support performance tracking
  • Building strong relationships in depots and acting as a trusted point of contact for systems support and capability building
  • Providing feedback on training needs and content improvements to the Systems Training Team Leader
  • Staying up to date with business priorities and system changes to ensure training remains relevant
  • This is a field-based role requiring frequent UK-wide travel and occasional overnight stays. You’ll work flexibly across regions as part of a supportive national team of Systems Trainers.
