ABOUT THE ROLE

The Systems trainer role provides vital support and training to ensure digital competence and confidence across the full suite of organisational systems. The role is responsible for working with a range of stakeholders, including customers, business users, support resources and suppliers to deliver effective learning solutions that achieve the required business value.

Key responsibilities include:

• To create suitable learning interventions to support the development of colleague`s digital skills, this includes face to face, virtual workshops and eLearning, utilising the technology that is available
• Develop and maintain user-friendly manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and guides that clearly explain systems and processes.
• Provide 1:1 coaching, remote support, and refresher training as needed to help colleagues to get the most from our systems.
• To deliver a regular calendar of engaging face to face and virtual workshops to support the development of digital skills and confidence.
