ABOUT THE JOB SUMMARY The SyteLine Administrator/Developer is a key member of our IT/Finance team responsible for the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP. This role blends hands-on system administration and Mongoose/IDO development with deep finance-process knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Cost/Inventory, Cash Forecasting). The developer partners with Finance, Operations, and our Global internal/external partners to optimize functionality, deliver enhancements and integrations, and ensure data integrity that supports accurate reporting and decision-making. CORE DUTIES SyteLine Administration & Support Set up new users and maintain roles/security classes and permissions; manage user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) and periodic access reviews. Monitor system health, schedule and validate patches/upgrades, coordinate with external IT resources, and open/manage tickets with Infor Support to timely resolution. Organize and run internal Conference Room Pilots to ensure full functionality of uplifts and upgrades Maintain active membership in the SyteLine User Network (SUN); bring back vetted best practices to improve adoption and stability. Serve as the coordinator to ITC’s departmental Syteline leaders; champion standard functionality and continue to foster the distributed SME network across departments to reduce single-point dependencies. Finance and Systems / Process Enablement Partner with Accounting/Finance on GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, and Inventory processes to ensure clean period closes, accurate sub-ledger to GL tie-outs, and compliant accounting controls. Own configurations supporting cash forecasting, AR Workbench, and related reporting; monitor data integrity and reconcile anomalies. Manage Business Intelligence / Syteline Experts Team and project manage the delivery of automations / improvement projects to the organization. Development & Reporting Design, build, and maintain forms, IDOs, scripts, user extensions (UETs), and event handlers using Mongoose; create T-SQL objects, views, and performance-tuned queries. Develop and support Form Reports and dashboards; collaborate with BI on data models and (where applicable) Power BI. Proficiency with development of DataViews very helpful Integrations, Data, and Platform Manage data imports/exports, replication sets, and multi-site data integrity; support integrations (e.g., EDI, APIs, ION/Infor OS where used). Document configurations, DDL/DML changes, and solution designs; maintain test scripts and validation logs for upgrades and enhancements. Work with IT personnel to ensure system security, performance and scalability are in line with organizational goals Manage hosting platform partner and ensure system availability is sufficient for global operations Project & Change Delivery Lead or support implementation projects (fit/gap, requirements, build, testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare) for new functionality and sites. Drive adoption through training plans, quick-reference guides, and any other media. Global/Multi-Site Support Configure and support multi-site functionality for global operations including parameters, chart-of-accounts alignment, and local reporting requirements in collaboration with local finance advisors and operations management Cross-Functional Partnership Work with department managers to identify and implement additional SyteLine functionality that streamlines work, improves accuracy, and leverages standard product capabilities. Manage and deploy Infor Campus training programs and other educational / training opportunities for the ITC user community Other duties as assigned. Requirements JOB DESIRABLES AND REQUIREMENTS Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as an Infor Cloudsuite Industrial 10 Developer. 2+ years Mongoose/IDO/Form development and T-SQL/SSRS reporting experience. Demonstrated experience supporting financial processes. Experience coordinating upgrades/uplifts (on-prem or cloud), environment management, and vendor ticketing. Nice to have: Infor OS/ION, Factory/Shop/Doc-Trak, Power BI, EDI, and integration patterns. Physical Demands: Physical demands are those of a typical office environment. Occasional travel may be required for training or system upgrades. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of ERP finance (US GAAP-aligned processes), manufacturing flows, and how transactions impact the GL. Proficiency with Mongoose, IDO design, form scripting, and SQL Server performance tuning; SSRS report authoring. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable configurations and enhancements; clear written documentation and training delivery (UAP a plus). Vendor management and collaborative problem solving with cross-functional teams; active participation in SUN community.
