Why You’ll Love This Role As a Travel & Expenses Program Manager, you will help scale our global T&E program and create employee experience that balances simplicity, speed and financial control. You will focus on optimizing processes in Brex and Redis policy to strengthen a culture of accountability and compliance and maximize spend efficiency. What you’ll do: Oversee T&E policy structure, spend controls, and budget management within Brex Provide timely support and customer service to employees Develop and analyze spend dashboards for leadership, identifying key trends, savings opportunities, and compliance risks Conduct regular T&E audits and compliance reviews, ensuring strict adherence to company policies Lead employee education and communications promoting Redis values Drive process automation and system enhancements to streamline T&E review, reporting, and compliance management What you’ll need: 5+ years of experience managing corporate T&E programs Strong working knowledge of Brex Familiarity with travel booking tools and corporate card platforms Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes Strong communication skills and comfort operating cross-functionally Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable policy recommendations The estimated gross hourly rate for this contract role is $70.00 - $77.00 per hour in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island.
