Join the winning team now!Work you’ll do  As a member of our Tax & Legal Business Support team, you will assist the Tax & Legal Business Support Director in offering a wide range of support tasks in order to ensure quality and value-adding services for our business partners, consultants, partners, and external clients. As part of the T&L Business Operations role, you will work with different stakeholders to execute operational tasks, as well as gaining first-hand feedback on the progress of the implementation T&L operation process within the T&L business unit Key Responsibilities Manage implementation of operational processes for Tax & Legal business function. Undertake various administrative tasks such as billings, engagement creation in SAP and uploading files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis etc. Required to dive into the business operation processes, provide feedback and share best practices Carry out recovery activities with due diligence within prescribed standard operating procedures to minimize delinquency and ensure compliance with the firm’s guidelines May be required to prepare statement of accounts, analytical reports and presentations Process billings and manage the billing process Assist business line leaders with regular financial reporting tasks, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and follow-up actions while maintaining consistency and accuracy Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database Ensure proper documentation and housekeeping Leading junior team assigned to operations tasks, overlook their performance, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries on assigned tasks Any other work that may be assigned Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Accountancy/Commerce and/or related fields Extremely detail-oriented and able to work with time-sensitive and confidential information At least 2- 3 years of experience in accounts receivables/business support/operations role or similar setting in a professional services environment preferably Experience with financial management/reporting systems Prior knowledge of SAP, Salesforce software will be advantageous Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Comfortable with the use of different softwares in day-to-day activities Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a voluminous workload Work well in a fast-paced team environment with pressuring goals Prior experience in professional services firm(s) will be beneficial Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
