WORK YOU’LL DO
As a HRBP, you are responsible for HR matters for the country Business Unit (BU) . You will work with the Regional HR team and business leaders to align business objectives, HR practices across the regional BU and contributing to the broader business strategy. This role requires collaborations with other HR team members in other countries BU and local HR compliance team. You will need to be comfortable working in a complex cross matrix structure.
You are responsible for the HR matters of a Business Unit in Singapore, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the Business Unit in alignment with the business objectives. This role involves building strong partnerships with senior business leaders, collaborating closely with regional HR teams, and contributing to strategic HR decisions. You will oversee key HR functions, foster collaboration in a complex cross-matrix organisational structure, and shape the workforce to meet the organisation’s evolving needs.
