Join the winning team now!Work you’ll do Supporting the business unit on HR related matters such as entire employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding activities, talent management, employee retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, retirement, etc. Providing HR recommendations to key leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR planning. Implement/Manage the implementation of HR programs Monitor headcount and staff costs against budget, ensuring adherence to planned budget and using data to support decision making. Building strong relationship with internal stakeholders and being the key advisor for HR related queries within the business unit. Manage HR-related risks and ensure proper documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with local laws and firm's policies. Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and provide actionable insights to business leaders. Manage performance management processes, providing tools and guidance for leaders to deliver effective feedback and development plans. Foster employee engagement by partnering with leaders to create a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation. Provides support on the other areas of Human Resources practice when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks where necessary. Understand disruptive trends and promote potential opportunities for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field. At least 7 years of relevant experience in similar setting/industry preferred. Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and regional HR teams to deliver strategic HR solutions. Strong knowledge of Indonesia employment laws and regulations. A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortable to engage with senior management level and ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities within time constraints. High level of maturity, adaptability, and accountability. Responsibilities

The role involves supporting the business unit on HR-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, talent management, and performance management. Additionally, the HRBP-Manager will provide strategic HR recommendations to leaders and manage HR-related risks while fostering employee engagement and collaboration.
