We provide advice and practical support through a mix of outsourcing, loan staff, co-sourcing, and project related services. Outsourcing administrative human resources tasks can help businesses contain costs, manage employer-related risks, reduce administrative burdens, maintain information confidentiality, and improve organizational effectiveness.   Our services include: HR operation advisory, HR administrative management (absence management; HR reporting; HR workforce support); Labor compliance; Payroll management; Payroll system support; Project back-end support; Salary and benefits administration; Training support; Travel & entertainment compliance & reporting; other related services.   Work you will do and key responsibilities (payroll services)   As a BPS-payroll consultant, you will be responsible for execution of the projects/assignments. You will, along with Partners & Directors, have accountability for client relationships and engagements. The main assignments are related to payroll, labour & HR areas:   Assist Senior Consultant / Manager in performing payroll engagements Assist Senior Consultant / Manager in preparing proposals and business development materials Be in charge of the reconciliation reports with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers; Research, analyze payroll & HR issues and draft advice for seniors’ review. Demonstrate a professional working attitude You would be assigned/seconded to work at the clients’ office.   Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or other business-related fields 1 year of relevant experience preferably with an international firms Willing to be outsourced to client sites as required Self-starter, organized, attention to details, willing-to-learn attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment on several projects MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowing payroll software & HRM with EES system and/or analysis/data working tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc. is preferred     Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
