Responsibilities: * Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal/store sales and developing a high-performing, motivated team. * Cultivating a positive environment, which supports MobileOne's values. * Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable. * Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times. * Staying on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensuring that sales representatives are updated on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them. * Supporting store operations and ensuring compliance with the guidelines set by T-Mobile and MobileOne. * Help ensure the store is fully staffed by assisting with the recruiting process and program. * Keep the store looking its best for our customers * Note: This job description is not comprehensive and duties may change at any time. Retail environment preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Capable of standing for extended periods * High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old. * Legally authorized to work in the United States. Pay: * $16.30 - $29.20 per hour (the pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus) Why Join Us?
