The appointment of the post has three main aims: 4 To join a team that provides comprehensive consultant-based patient-centred management 4 To participate in the Trauma Surgery on-call rota at Gloucester Royal Hospital 4 To strengthen and develop the hip and knee service, including hip replacements for hip fractures and complex proximal femoral trauma
