Apple’s We are looking for a dedicated Engineering & Delivery Manager to ensure our IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the guardian of the project lifecycle, managing complex multi-supplier environments and ensuring seamless change implementation. DESCRIPTION You will manage the end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring successful execution from approval to go-live. Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks to ensure successful delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for application solution vendors. Manage the entire vendor lifecycle including selection, contract management, service quality assurance, and payment processing (GR). Serve as the manager of the change implementation phase, working closely with Enterprise Architecture to ensure technical standards are met during deployment. Coordinate seamlessly between business teams, solution architects, and development partners to ensure alignment and resolve delivery bottlenecks. Continuously improve delivery processes and quality of service through active iteration and lessons learned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Deep expertise in project management methodologies. PMI certification (PMP) is highly preferred. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IT software project/program management. Proven experience in multi-supplier project management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong oral and written English proficiency; ability to use English as the working language. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from an operational and governance perspective. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams.
