The Position: Responsible for providing outstanding customer service and repeat business by taking guest orders, completing payment transactions, preparing meal orders and maintaining the overall appearance of the deli. Take guest order, complete payment transaction using a cash register and make change accurately. Prepare meal order in an expeditious manner while adhering to menu and recipe specifications that meet quality controls. Preparing and serving of espresso drinks. Maintain the deli in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition. Clean, mop floors, take trash out, wash dishes, etc. Maintain logs, checklists and reports. Basic computer skills required. Basic math skills required. Food Handler Card or ServSafe Certificate required. Current OLCC License required.
