REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in cloud security, with a strong focus on designing, implementing, or architecting Microsoft 365 and Azure security solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender suite (for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps), and Microsoft Purview DLP
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering at least 5 end-to-end cloud security implementation projects involving M365 and/or Azure security controls.
• Microsoft certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate, CISSP, CCSP, or other recognized industry certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel, based on client and project requirements across Southeast Asia.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding engineers and consultants in fast-paced project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with confidence in presenting to and influencing senior client executives.
• A structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating technical and business complexities with clarity.

WORK YOU’LL DO

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage cloud security projects focused on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender suite, and Microsoft Purview, across clients in Southeast Asia. Drive secure-by-design principles across implementation lifecycles.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to assess current cloud security postures, identify gaps, and develop strategic and tactical recommendations for securing Azure and M365 environments, including threat protection, data governance, and identity and access controls.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft cloud security technologies, providing deep expertise in:
• Azure Platform Security (Secure Landing Zone, Azure Key Vault, Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, Azure Networking etc)
• Identity management (Microsoft Entra ID / Conditional Access / PIM)
• Endpoint management (Microsoft Intune)
• Threat protection (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps)
• Data protection and compliance (Microsoft Purview Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk Management)
• Configuration and Deployment:Oversee the architecture, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft cloud security solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure and alignment with best practices such as Microsoft Zero Trust and Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Project Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client engagements through effective project planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. Own the delivery of technical documentation, client presentations, and change management activities.
• Business Development: Support the growth of cloud security services by contributing to client proposals, developing accelerators, and identifying upsell opportunities for advanced security and compliance solutions within existing accounts.
• Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels, providing clear communication, thought leadership, and consistent value delivery to build long-term trust.
• Mentorship: Coach and guide junior engineers and consultants, fostering knowledge-sharing and capability-building across the team. Actively contribute to internal training, methodology development, and communities of practice.
