REQUIREMENTS

If you are someone with:

• A recognized degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
• 6-8 years of experience is desirable in test automation.
• Experience in testing tools such as Micro Focus UFT One, Tricentis TOSCA, Selenium Testing Tools, etc.
• Experience with TOSCA or UFT One is an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team or independently.
• Demonstrate integrity within a professional environment.

WORK YOU’LL DO

• Design testing scenarios to demonstrate compliance with both functional and non-functional requirements outlined in business or technical specifications.
• Develop test scripts for the test automation tools used by the project team.
• Collaborate with other colleagues to analyze requirements and ensure that testing scenarios cover all specified requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of automation processes as per industry standards.
• Review and analyze test results to identify the root cause of any discrepancies and communicate findings with the QA team.
• Recognize deficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement in the methods or standards.
• Able to follow all automation best practices without review comments.
• Drive high-quality work and deliver projects within the expected timeline.
• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and stakeholder management competencies.
