Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the T24 core banking system. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to design and implement T24 modules and enhancements. Support T24 core modules such as AA (Arrangement Architecture), Funds Transfer, Customer, Accounts, Loans, and Deposits. Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and T24 capabilities. Assist with T24 upgrades, patching, testing, and system integration efforts. Perform functional testing, UAT support, and defect tracking. Develop reports and queries using T24 tools (e.g., InfoBasic, OFS, Browser, IRIS, T24 Enquiry). Provide post-implementation support and training to end users. Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Monitor and resolve system issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on T24 experience. Strong understanding of T24 modules, data structures, and interfaces. Experience with T24 upgrades, customizations, and integration projects. Proficient in preparing BRDs, FSDs, test plans, and user guides. Familiarity with T24 tools like T24 Browser, OFS, TAFC/TAFJ, Temenos Design Studio, etc. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments. Preferred Skills: Experience in banking/financial services industry. Knowledge of SWIFT, payments, regulatory compliance, or digital banking integrations. Understanding of APIs and microservices in the context of T24. Familiarity with SQL or data extraction/reporting tools. Certifications (Optional ) Temenos Certification in T24 Core Banking Attractive, market-leading salary package.
